“There was some quality finishing and well-constructed goals, which gives us something to build on as we approach the first game of the Summer Cup.”

... Because they beat uni?.. Some people on here have very short memories.
Good on the Knights but to turn a result around that much on there first game Stewards my need to do a swab test.
That last comment is tongue in cheek well done Chris.
Who played for South in this game?
South - No Roach, No Lo, No Brown, No Kosta, No Downes, No Scott....the list goes on.
Very beatable this year.
your forgiven
Just to add om this., these players will NOT be playing at South this year... So realistically, Kenny said they only had one player missing from their squad who was to come back in and that is Julius Ross. A great effort by the Knights lads, where are the critics now? Hey deserves a mention, a high scheduled bunch of practice games has paid off. They look fit and have signed some quality players with still a few more to come back in.
Here Here. Early days but well done Chris. The side will be well prepared.
There'll be no clash with the uni home and kingborough home strips so they would both just wear those... Only time kingborough they will wear yellow will be against Olympia away and possibly knights.
couldnt tell u mate. i was at work and reserved a techers from a knights player explaining the result.
The 5 seconds I took to read this... I will never get back. Thanks
Also lets not forget before the season starts the Knights with practice matches and cup games will have played up to 14 games that makes it a very long season .
Well done on the result thought and goodluck to Chris his plan my prove the correct one who knows .You can say you have Shae Hickey when he sign,s dont jump the gun on that one guys. And just remeber Jason Dawes hasnt play a game in two years . Time will tell but i do think Knights will beat the Warriors next week Clarence to beat Lions as well South and Zebras to win Eagles to win Uni may struggle bit early for them yet!
A fair comment
Yellow strip!!!
This will be the real test - to see if Morton can win with home grown players OR will he be bringing in some imports.
Home ground advantage for Olympia but would be a great start for you to go and beat them. Adds a bit of spice to the match with Chris coaching Knights and our ex girlfriends all playing for Olympia.
Cant wait to read about the game and good luck boys!!
People are not paid to play soccer in Hobart and there's more employment available on the mainland than Tassie. It might be just the weather!
